Thank you for presenting your work at the 26th Annual Tennessee Water Resources Symposium. Here are some resources to help you showcase your work on our virtual platform.
Deadline to submit display materials - April 9
Virtual Showcase Viewing Opens - April 12
Asynchronous Judging - April 12-15
Live Poster Session - April 14, 1:30-5pm
Awards Presentation - April 16, 10:30am
Maximum poster dimensions are 40 inches by 30 inches. For presentation purposes, poster content may be broken into slides, but only content present on the poster may be included on the slides presented. Small props or demonstrations that could reasonably be used during a normal, face-to-face poster session are allowed on the video. Adding new content or using props or demonstrations that would not be practical under a normal poster presentation in the presentation video is grounds for disqualification in competition.
Presentations must be no longer than 5 minutes and posted as an unlisted video in YouTube. Many colleges and universities provide students access to virtual platforms that could be used to create presentation video. Powerpoint alone also has the capability to record a voice over. Please see the resources below to assist in technology needs. Example presentations can be viewed at the links under Other Resources below.
